Bluefakes a total scam and inferior merchandise

Please stay away from bluefakes.com. They have an inferior product. I ordered a Rolex Submariner. The date stopped working on the first day. The movement was very poor. It would loose 5-10 minutes a day and the date would not advance. Do your research well. I can't believe fakereviews.com rated them so highly. Communication was impossible. The stem dislodged from the watch on the third day, all for $700. They only work on a COD basis so they can not be traced. Communication was impossible. I called and emailed numerous times. Finally, I just threw the watch out. You would be better off byuying a $29.99 Timex. I admit ,I was had.

Bluefakes.com Postal Money Order SCAM!! www.bluefakes.com, Buyer Beware!!! By John Taylor Hartford CT I hope this reaches as many people as possible so maybe I can save even one person from being cheated and defrauded!! My job as a sales person affords me many nights away from home and sometimes brings me into spotty areas around the country. I decided about 6 months ago to put my genuine rolex in a bank safe and began researching replicas online. It was very confusing as there are hundreds of websites with many different qualities and price points. I had been to Canal Street in New York once before and had seen the replicas on the street there but was looking for something with a bit more polish and longer lasting. What intrigued me were these swiss replicas that I started seeing on various sites claiming to be 99% identical to the real thing with solid gold parts and authentic swiss movements. This was exciting as it sounded like something I would be interested in because an ETA movement is a fine machine so I knew that I would be getting a quality timepiece. There were quite a few websites that seemed to be selling the same quality and after countless hours of research I chose bluefakes.com. I wish I had never come across this website!! My first impressions were good as it's a very informative website with a customer friendly interface and I liked the fact that I could pickup the phone and speak to a live person. Price was also very attractive as there prices seemed a few hundred less then their competitors which the person on the phone explained to me that they could do this because of the amount of watches they keep in inventory. Everything seemed fine and the sales rep was very patient with me answering all of my questions and relieving my concerns (mainly about quality). Then came the first red flag, (I wish I would have followed my instincts!!). When I mentioned that I wanted to pay with a credit card I was told that they were having some "merchant account issues" and that for a small discount they could ship the watch to me via COD. I was a bit hesitant because I wanted to put it on a credit card so I could pay it off over the next few months instead of all at once, but they assured me that along with the discount I would be able to inspect the product and there was absolutely no risk! The next day I contacted fedex and asked to speak to a supervisor so I could be sure that I would receive a consistent answer to my questions. I asked the person at fedex if I was able to inspect the cod package and they told me that under no circumstances was I able to open the package and that I would have to hand over the money order before the driver would release the package to me. This is where I put some of the blame on myself because after receiving this bit of info I should have stopped right there! BUT my impatience got the best of me because I called bluefakes right back and told them what the fedex supervisor had stated to me, bluefakes reply was that they had a special arrangement with fedex and that because they had been doing business with fedex for years they were allowing their COD packages to be inspected. At the time it sounded convincing but my excitement was taking over the best of me! After a few days of sleeping on it I decided to go ahead with this since I had a trip planned and wanted to bring the watch with me. So that same day I called Bluefakes back and placed an order for a 2-Tone SUB BLUE dial and was given a price of $700. I was told that I needed to pay with a US Postal Money order. (This is where they get you, more on this later). So the next day at around 11:30 the driver pulls up and he has my package. I asked him to hand it over so I can have a look before I give it him the money order, he tells me that he cannot do that and that he needs the payment. I was frustrated but here is a driver standing here waiting to leave and I figure since bluefakes did send something and they had answered all of my questions everything seemed on the up and up so I pay the driver and he goes on his merry way. Lucky for me I was sitting down when I opened the package. I was shocked to see what was inside, it wasn't worth more then a cheap quartz watch you buy from walmart!! The replica I had bought on Canal Street put this watch to shame!! I was pissed off at this point so I immediately called bluefakes as I assumed that a mistake must have been made. As soon as I mention my name I hear a dial tone!! Numerous attempts later and no answer! At this point I am thinking the worst and seeing this watch sitting on my desk didn't help my anger!! Once I settled down I drive to the post office to see if they can cancel the money order that I had just purchased the day before and get this they tell me that they CANNOT put a stop payment on a money order only after 90 days!!! So there you go by that time bluefakes has already spent your money!!! This is madness and I cannot believe I fell for this scam!! After speaking to my lawyer there isn't much that can be done since we have no real information on this company since its operated out of some chinese mail drop in the Bronx! The part about the postal money order should raise a red flag to anyone wanting to buy something from bluefakes or anyone else on the internet for that matter because there is absolutely no way to get back your money once you hand over that check to the fedex driver!! Had I paid with a cashiers check from my bank I would have been able to put a stop payment on it and it would be over!! At this point I am out the $700 but I will post this on as many blogs as I can so I can get the word out about these crooks. They even have some fancy telephone system where they can block your number from calling after they have already scammed you! When I try calling from my number I get a dead busy signal! I have even tried calling them from a payphone and no luck!! But when calling from a friends cell phone it rings right through to them! Maybe if we can form some kind of group we could hand over all of our evidence to the feds because even though these are replicas they are getting away with fraud and this is on a large scale I believe!! If you value your money, avoid buying from COD and especially buying from BLUEFAKES.COM. I am proof that they are a HUGE SCAM!!! John Taylor

Total scam!

I just recently ordered a watch from these guys and it is a total fraud!! The watch is 10 min. slow daily! It is wrapped gold NOT solid like they claim. You cannot contact them and they will not return your calls. Their web sight is down at the moment. Maybe they are moving. Total junk! They also come highly recommended by the replicacenter.com, these guys say that they review all of these sites so you can buy a watch from a good dealer, I wouldn't trust this page very much either. Keep an eye out for the web site comming back up and flood it with bogus orders. Dennis Campbellton

Bluefakes Rips Off Costomers

Don't Buy From Bluefakes.com! Bluefakes.com is dishonest. They advertise top grade Swiss watch replicas and charge a premium price, but instead, they send you a cheap Asian replica. Their web site advertises that you will get a watch that no one will be able to tell it's a fake unless they open the back; but instead, they send you a watch that is extremely easy to tell it's a fake. They advertise that if you're not satisfied, they will refund your money, but instead, they make it impossible to get your money back. If you try to return the bad fake, they give you a fake address in New York City to mail it to so your package can't be delivered. They rarely answer your calls but if they do, they promise to send you a new watch, then tell you they're transferring you to their shipping department and then they put you on hold and never come back. They never answer e-mails. This we know from actual experience. Other users of Bluefakes.com have reported similar experiences and have posted their accounts to various web sites or forums. If there is such a thing as an undetectable Swiss watch replica, Bluefakes.com either doesn't have it, or won't send it. We suspect there is no such thing as an undetectable Swiss watch replica, and that any web site that makes such a claim is running a scam to get you to pay hundreds more for a cheap fake that is not worth even a hundred dollars. Beware of web sites that claim to review replica watch web sites and rate them! Click here for some examples. You have been warned. If, after this warning, you choose to believe their web site, their fake testimonials, and their fake "replica watch web site review" sites, you only have yourself to blame when you get cheated out of your money for a cheap Asian replica or worse. We have seen reports that Bluefakes.com is operated by the same people who operate other web sites claiming to sell top grade, undetectable Swiss watch replicas. We don't know that for certain, although it is a distinct possiblity. We would caution anyone from paying hundreds of dollars for a Swiss watch replica from any web site. If you value your money, never, ever buy from one of these sites unless they take credit cards. Never buy using COD (cash on delivery). and... Don't ever buy from Bluefakes.com.

Another Bluefakes Scam And Rip Off

Report: Bluefakes.com Dan Thomas Category: Jewelry Stores Bluefakes.com Dan Thomas BlueFakes.com Professional Con Artists - selling cheap knock-off watches New York, New York Rebuttal Box Respond to this report! WHAT'S THIS? Victim of this person/company? WHAT'S THIS? Bluefakes.com Dan Thomas Phone: 347421**** Fax: 138-E Lafayette St. New York, New York 10013 United States of America Submitted: Saturday, September 12, 2009 Modified: Saturday, September 12, 2009 Steve Thousand Oaks, California USA Ripoff Report Verified Safe This company operates under a wide web of various names and identities. The key to know your will absolutely be defrauded is that they will only accept U.S.P.S. Money Orders. However I have been in touch with the Los Angeles Field Office of the FBI and utilising this method of payment to defraud consumers opens them to criminal interstate fraud liabilities. They use numerous addresses including 175 E Lafayette, 138 E Lafayette and others. 138 E Lafayette is a Holiday Inn. Their watches in particular the Rolex Daytona is a cheap lightweight knock-off's from the streets of Hong Kong. Mine did not function whatsoever. The photos depiscted on their website are in fact direct opies from legitimate Rolex dealer sites. Then they superimpose their name over the top of the image to make it appear it is theirs. I am pursing both internet fraud and fraud through interstate commerce charges against these "people". Here is a life lesson...if you want a wtach that resembeles a Rolex, then save up and buy a real one, these things are cheap junk.

BLUEFAKE RIP OFF CONSUMERS

Almost fell, but thanks to these reports, I am saved. I should've aborted my plan to order when I tried to call their "24 hour" customer service line where nobody ever answers despite the claims on their site. Left a message, no callback... ever. No replies to my emails other than an auto-generated one suggesting I leave my name and number for a callback. Never called back then, either. "Ron" finally answered (by chance) after I placed several call attempts to place an order by phone. I asked him a few questions about watch details and after much thought decided on the one I wanted and to just place the order online. The reply email I received after placing my credit card order informed me that I would receive a "confirmation phone call". This reply referenced "USA Watches". Hours after I placed my order, I received this confirmation call from "Amber" who insisted that COD with postal M.O. was the only available method. By her telling me this, and that they are not accepting bank cashiers' checks, they raised a red flag. Sounded like a SCAM! But I said "Okay" with much suspicion, and signed back on the internet. I Googled "Bluefakes fraud" and found their name(s) multiple times in complaints from numerous victims of their fraudulent business on several consumer rip-off websites. Should've thought of this long before wasting my time any further. All their other "buddies" in the biz share the long list with them. Fact is, it looks like no one that claims to have good quality replica watches have any quality at all! Also makes sense that they also run the review sites that "praise" their quality and service. There are other sites that have the same, identical order form to fill out your information on. I'm convinced these are all operated by the same group of individuals. Not planning to accept the package, FedEx will have to take it back. Bluefakes' loss on the shipping charge, although they'll make it back up ten fold on the next sucker that falls hook, line and sinker. But NOT ME! ALERT ISSUED they lost there merchant account and are unable to take credit cards FLASH ALERT.....

BlueFakes.com scamming again!

BlueFakes will not accept credit cards, only COD which makes it impossible to inspect item before paying! The watch had the screw-in crown unlocked when received, the chrono-buttons were non-funciontal and could not be reset, it lost hours, not minutes, overnight on a watch winder, no booklet, hung up on me when I called for a RAN to return. The 120-day guarantee is a laugh! BlueFakes was given glowing reviews on the "review site" ReplicaReviews.com which now raises suspicion about the integrity of that site as well. Now no site that they review should be trusted.

Another bluefakes wrong watch scam

Ordered 2 watches total $1100. When they arrived, one watch was correct, the other wasn't. Should have known better when they requested COD. Called and was told the correct watch would be here on Mon. Now Tues. and no watch. Phone mailbox is full and all emails rejected. After reading similar reviews I got the same scam as everyone else. Company should not be allowed to do business. I think calls to the New York AG office are necessary. I encourage everyone who has been ripped off by these pepole to fie a complaint to the NY AG office.

Bluefake crooks

Bluefakes.....plain and simple, these people are bottom of the food chain crooks..... From the owners to the low lifes answering the phones, all are thieves. They sent the wrong item. All attempts to contact them have failed. They have blocked several phone numbers, (home and cell etc.) and all of my emails have come back as undeliverable. I am simply trying to return the incorrect item in exchange for what I actually ordered. Do not believe what they advertise or say on the phone. They are in business to steal your money. Do not do business with these scummy people. They are small scale Bernie Madoffs.

Blue fakes is a scam artist

I also was ripped off by bluefakes.com. I didn't get the watch I ordered, I called them as soon as I opened it and saw it wasn't what I ordered and Todd told me he would send out the right one. This was on friday and the right one was supposed to be here Monday and I'm still waiting. No one will answer messages I've left, mailboxes are full and 2 times that someone did answer the phone they hung up on me. They boast about superb customer satisfaction but I am not satisfied. They are crooks.

Bluefakes...Rip Off!!!

Thought I was buying a Swiss movement...boy was I wrong. Not only did they send the wrong watch, but completely fake and a piece of junk. They called me to confirm the order and to call them when I received the watch. They won't answer the phone or call back. I should've known when I picked up the watch. They were sending the payment to China First Express. Verify whre payment is going before you pick up. Also, that's why they want cod (postal money order only) so there really is nothing you can do. Do not buy from these guys.

Bluefakes.com

Total scam. I have been trying to get more information on their company. I recieved a cheap fake as did everyone else it seems. Today I also looked to see if any etching was done between the lugs of the watch. Nope just a cheap 50.00 watch for considerably more. If anyone has a civil suit I would gladly sign up. Please refer any recourse. I strongly feel if enough people are identified as being scammed in this matter we could certainly recoup a portion or all of our lost funds. COD from FED EX is always recorded for their own records. So if anyone can offer up advice let it be known and posted.

I was scammed by www.bluefakes.com . They sold me a cheap replica and said it was a mistake and would get the right one out right away. Its been 45 days now and still no watch. They kept telling me it was on back order. And now they want reply by phone or email. I hear they will eventually block your number but for now I keep calling everyday. I'm so mad now I am going to order more COD and refuse everytime. If you guys at bluefakes are reading this the laughs on you now. And if you look at www.fakereviews.com they say they are the top seller most recommended. What a joke!

Complete fraud and rip-off!

These people were nice as could be when ordering the watch. A swiss rolex for $750. What they sent me was a peice of *** that barely works and is most definetly NOT 18kt gold. Stay away from these people they are crooks! It sounds like the guy had it right. Everyone order watches from these guys and then refuse the order when it comes in. They at least will have to pay the fed-ex shipping on the orders. Not that that will hurt them as they are making huge profits off garbage watches. Why is there no way to shut people like this down. Again, stay away. They will steal your money.
